Si Sports offers a programme for schools promoting fitness with children. With qualified coaches we allow students to recognize what is healthy and the importance of fitness in everyday life. Sessions consist of various fitness tests and activities where progress is kept to ensure individuals achieve their best out of the sessions. Fitness programmes can be agreed with schools and groups to ensure they suit the students involved.
Are fitness in school as been really successful in primary schools across the city / County were we monitor each young person there class and year and present that data back to Head Teachers.
